Our experience with Allison was fantastic. The first green flag my wife and I noticed was the respectable Bluntness. She leaves nothing to be interpreted, to make sure everyone is always on the same page. I personally went against some advice shared to me to conduct unorthodox negotiations for our particular deal. While she advised against the waste of time, she supported my decision and we were able to get it done. If you aren’t calling Alison Castro to Buy/Sell your home, you are doing it wrong.

Allison and her team are truly amazing. We had a military move cross country and needed to find a home before we got to Florida without seeing it in person. Allison went above and beyond helping us make sure we loved the home before we committed to buying. She would do video call tours and record videos of the house walkthroughs and was extremely detailed. Allison would tell us the smell of the home/room, how the floor felt (squishy,spongy,firm), all damages inside and outside the home, how busy/noisy the street is, the neighborhood/schools near by and so much more. When we finally saw the home in person it exceeded our expectations and was just absolutely perfect. We would not of gone through this process as stress free as we did if we didn’t have Allison and her team. I will forever be grateful for them and would use them again if we ever bought another house. Smoothest process from start through finish.

We were a little worried about buying a house and being "sold" on something. Allison did the opposite. She knew our wants and needs and actually laid it out there that it would cost a LOT to get a "meh" house to be what we want. She made herself available to tour houses, answer questions and provide any help that was needed throughout the entire process. When it came time for closing, she explained a few things and also set it up to shoot us reminders for certain things throughout the next year. Things that will be beneficial to us with regards to taxes and such. I heard about Allison from a buddy who was buying a house. I actually met her a couple times during his house hunting and knew, right away, that she would be a great fit for us. She understands the veteran/military/family life dynamic since that's her background as well, which made it so much easier to talk to her and really click. You need to get along with the person that is working for you to spend the amount of money houses cost these days. You need to feel good about the decision and Allison did that in spades. I will forever praise her to all my friends and anyone who I know is in need of a realtor. Thank you, so much, Allison.
