During my summer trip to Georgia and North Carolina I have liked Alpharetta very much and decided to move to this nice town. When I have seen online a condo on sale, I have asked my good friend from Florida to find a reliable realtor from Georgia. He recommended me Allison Barnett. From first conversation I made sure that met right person. Allison honestly was on every step of showing me that property on video, negotiating a price, doing a home inspection and until closing. I especially appreciate her efforts to postpone a closing, so that I would be able to sell my property in Florida and to buy new home in Alpharetta, GA. She found some time even for a walk through before a closing. I am very grateful to Allison and her husband for all their hard work, constant help and support. My wife and I were moving to be closer to work, and we had already purchased a new home. We needed to find someone to sell our existing home in Canton, and an online service provided me with Allison’s name. We spoke on the phone and then met in person, and I knew she was the right person to sell our home. Allison told us how to make our home irresistible. She gave me a list of things to do prior to putting the house on the market - carpet stretching, cleaning, pressure-washing, etc - and she put me in touch with professionals she trusted to help me with those jobs. She was in constant communication with us, and always responded quickly to our questions. The way she marketed our home was superb as well. She helped us determine what furniture to leave, and even provided some additional props to enhance its appearance. She told us that the online pictures would sell the home, and the photos and 3D virtual tour she produced for it were incredible! It took some work to get the house ready to sell, but it was well worth it. We had a contract the day it went on the market, and for a price well above what my wife and I expected. The buyer loved the house and we closed within 4 weeks! In addition, when the buyer had some last minute issues with their lender during closing, Allison got on the phone to help move things along! Allison is communicative, responsive, professional, and has a wealth of experience. My wife and I have moved a number of times in our 40 plus years together, and Allison is the best agent we’ve ever had.
