Allie went above & beyond with helping to sell my elderly parents' Fort Myers home. As I live out of state, it was essential to find someone who could facilitate locally, and Allie was just that person. She was extremely patient with dealing with my elderly, declining parents. She was always available at a moment's notice for any questions or concerns, and she even helped with facilitating donating much of my parents' furniture, as they were downsizing to an assisted living facility. Allie and George became like family. They knew what to do when a few problems occurred. They made contact with necessary contractors when needed. I was out of town during most of the sale and they handled everything and kept me informed daily. They understand the trends in the housing market. If I had another property to sell, they would be the only realtor I would call. They are truly special people.
