Working with Allie to purchase our first home was a dream. We started this journey a couple of years ago when, to be honest, we weren’t ready to buy a house financially. In the beginning, Allie helped us understand the turbulent market while steering us clear of the pitfalls we faced. She patiently stuck with us for years while we went through a lot of life changes, she consistently followed up with us and helped us understand what was happening in the market all the while. When we finally got to the point where we were ready to buy, Allie leapt in to action, relentless in her search, and unyielding in her advocacy for us. Whether we reached out to her early in the morning or late at night, she was always there for us. Through the 20+ homes we toured, and countless more we searched online, she was there for us at the drop of a hat, always making sure that we were getting what we wanted. When we finally found our dream home, Allie made the buying process easy like Sunday morning, and when it came to negotiations she was masterful, never afraid to play hardball, and new exactly how to get us the most out of our deal. I had mentioned in passing that I loved the electric fireplace in the house we bought, but the sellers were taking it with them. Without me even asking, Allie wrote it in to our contract that the sellers would leave the fireplace to us! If that’s not proof of Allie’s dedication to her clients, I don’t know what is. We bought our dream house because of Allie Verdery, and I promise, so can you.

Allie was with us for two years, throughout job position changes and promotions, and in every phase of life we were in. She never gave up on us, and she knew exactly what we wanted in a home. She was honest and transparent with us, but was so encouraging. We had looked at a BUNCH of homes (all a bust) and instead of giving up, Allie looked at us and said that we could do better, and we will find better. She was always available to chat with us, and was quick in getting our showings set up quickly and efficiently. When we found our dream home in Gravette, she was quick to help us secure this home, and now we are here! Allie became more than a realtor for us, she became our friend.
