Allie also provided information on current pricing and available houses for sale competing with ours. The sale happened very quickly within 3 days of listing. I noticed Ms Allie always working on the next house. She's active in her craft from start to finish. I ve seen my old neighbors was able to sell their house with her help to me to buy my house. I saw that hard work ethic and knew them to hire her and she would be a good choice. She worked til the deal was sealed and I got to move into my home. I closed back in November and enjoying my new home. On closing day I got a house warming gift from her as well. It was a surprise. Thank you Ms Allie. Allie helped us sell an REO property quickly and extremely smoothly. There were some issues with this property and she helped us with secure cleaners, landscapers and electricians. If we have any more properties in this area we wouldn't hesitate to use Allie again!
