Our situation was not standard and we had many personal obstacles that delayed us getting our home listed but once we were ready Allen gave more than his share of his time and expertise. He was always at the ready and had pertinent feedback and direction. I would choose Allen Smith in the future and recommend him to anyone in the area. As my family had moved from area prior to sale and my work situation puts me out of state seemingly 110% of the time, Allen made it very easy to get through all of the complexities of the sale of our home. Allen is very dedicated. I was very impressed with how quickly he got back to me throughout the whole process by phone by email by text message, day or night. He was always professional and courteous to both my wife and me. Months prior to listing we strategized to maximize the potentials. I honestly never had any other interactions with Go Realty, personally, beyond Allen Smith, although my wife had pleasant interactions with the office leading up to listing. In the end, we closed higher than our listing price and it was a win win situation for all parties involved. Happy Sellers, happy Buyers.
