Allen provided us a great preparation for our sale explaining the process thoroughly. Allen and Kristen prepared a highly successful open house and recommended an offer review date which allowed for competitive offers. Our offers were well organized for our review allowing for easy comparison. Allen was responsive to our questions/needs and kept us informed on the status of our home sale. He promoted and demonstrated honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Allen was recommend to me by a former agent I had great respect for, and now Allen (and Kristen)has that respect as well.

They had multiple offers well above asking price after Open House Weekend--a day after it went on MLS in December of 2017. They expertly guided us through the entire sale process without a hitch. I highly recommend using a full service realtor...and I don't believe you will find anyone better than Allen and Kristin.

From the first day we met Allen and Kristin, when they very throughly explained all the details involved in the sale process with appropriate charts and facts related to sales In our area to the final signing of papers, this amazing easy going couple were there for us. Always on top of things. From their ideas and advice on what updates and improvements to do that would make the house more marketable to the very impressive staging of our home they never left a single detail unattended. Every question was answered. If they did not know immediately, they would investigate and find your answer. I highly recommend Allen and Kristin Minner if you have property to sell!!!
