We bought our home last year and worked with Allen and his team. Everything in our area was all short sale and we had heard nothing but horror stories but this was way easier then I ever imagined. I know this was due to the quick and responsive work of Allen and his team. Allen was very honest and upfront giving us the information we needed to make the right decisions for our family. I would and do recommend Allen to anybody who is considering buying a home in the future.
