I've just bought an apartment with Allana and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. But on top of all professional skills, Allana has just the most adorable personality. For the time working with her I felt that she treats me not like just a client, but as a friend! My husband and I were looking into purchasing our first home. We had no idea what the process of home buying was but Allana was super friendly when I first contacted her and gave me a quick overview. She then asked me questions about what we’re looking for and our budget. That night she already sent me ten properties and kept sending me emails once anything new came up. She was very flexible with her schedule and was able to accommodate us whenever we were available to look at properties. Once we chose our home she was there step by step communicating with us, the mortgage lender, and our lawyer to make sure we understood what was going on.

Allana did a great job selling my property. The listing price she recommended was right, and the advertising was great - within 6 days I got an offer, and signed the contract at 98.5% of the listed price. An almost identical property went on the market a week later at a few thousand dollars more, and almost 3 months later it's still on the market.
