Allan has helped us sell our home and made the experience incredibly smooth. He helped us understand the market so we could get our home priced fairly in the current conditions, worked with us to maximize the exposure of our listing, hosted open houses, and let us know about showings right away. He was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable when any questions came up and followed up with us throughout and after closing to be sure that we had everything we needed. He has also been working with us to find our next home, and is getting us in for showings as soon as possible, sometimes within hours of the listing going live. He listens to what we are looking for, as well as what areas we might be able to compromise, in to provide as many options as possible.
