Allan is a good agent and was helpful in monitoring my home and issues that helped me to sell. I was 9 hours from my home so he went by frequently to keep an eye on it, including the day when all repairs were made only to get a big freeze that broke water pipes and distroyed about 1/4 th of my home. He contacted my son and worked with him and me long distance to resolve the problems and get the house ready to sell again.
