Al came out and advised us on a few updates that would be needed for a fast sale. House was put up on all the relevant listing sites a week before it was ready to show. First day it was shown we received multiple offers and sold for $30k over asking. Al’s title company got us slides fast and easy. Took allot of stress out of the move.
