Our experience (my wife and I) with Allan was excellent! He was very helpful in helping us find a home. He has great knowledge of property value, structure and design of homes. My wife was especially appreciative of his design comments and tips. He was very patient with us as we viewed many homes in trying to decide which home was right for us. He understood our financial needs taking in consideration the price range we were looking at and our retirement plans. He worked diligently to ensure we got the deal we were hoping to get and worked very well with the listing agent and our lender. We could see he is well respected in the realty community as evidenced by the listing agents we met during our search. Allan is funny, insightful and very professional. He was a joy to work with.
