Allan Argano did a superb job of guiding my husband and me through the process of listing and selling our home. We interviewed four agents, and choosing Allan was one of the best decisions we made. He offered experience and wise counsel at every turn, advising us on preparing our home for sale and choosing an appropriate list price to attract lots of interest, finding a stager to show the house at its best, managing multiple(!) offers, and guiding us through the various stages of escrow. He went above and beyond in helping us get the house ready, and once it was, he got the house listed less than 24 hours after the photos were taken. The showings and offers poured in rapidly, he held a wildly successful open house, and he guided us through complex negotiations with several potential buyers to a selling price well above list! Throughout, Allan helped us understand and navigate the inevitable bumps in the road, which gave us confidence in our decisions and helped relieve occasional anxiety. Allan spent a lot of time with us and he communicated frequently and in a timely way. He was always just an e-mail, phone call, or text away, quickly providing needed information, insight and expertise, patient explanations, occasional reassurance, and simple availability. I came to trust Allan’s judgment and experience, but more than that, I enjoyed his good humor, appreciated his respect for our decisions, and was impressed by his honesty and integrity. Our experience (my wife and I) with Allan was excellent! He was very helpful in helping us find a home. He has great knowledge of property value, structure and design of homes.
