Alla and Leah locked in a buyer within days of our home hitting the market. It was not a slam dunk, meaning it was not underpriced, but they really worked hard to find a buyer seeking the particular characteristics and features of our home. My observation, they had a strong buyer pool which they have cultivated over the years of conducting business with the same families I.e. their buyers become sellers and cycle back to being buyers consistently working through Alla and Leah. Homes in the neighborhood that went under contract months before ours, are still under contract and that right there should tell you all you need to know.
