Aloha! I’m Alissa — The Aloha Agent. Born and raised on the island of Maui, I carry the spirit of aloha with me wherever I go. Before real estate, I spent over 15 years in the retail and customer service world, where I built my foundation in truly listening to people, understanding their needs, and creating meaningful connections. Organized, professional, & on top of everything

I had the pleasure of working with Alissa finding my new home in Worcester. Alissa and I went out on multiple days looking a multiple houses within my price range. Each time out she had the schedule and easiest route to get to each house already planned. She knew everything about each house before we walked in and updated me before going in. Example roof updated in 2020. Once we had narrowed it down to the two houses I wanted to bid on we formulated a plan together and made our bids. She didn’t just say what do you want to offer she listen to what I thought and gave suggestions. Once the sale was completed she provided me with a final packet of everything I had signed and we did a final rundown to make sure I had everything from the final sale. Everything about my experience with Alissa was top notch. This was the fifth home I have purchased and as far as realtor go she was the best.
