Originally from Moscow, Russia. I spent part of my early childhood in Jordan before returning to Russia, where I studied International Communication and Languages from Voronezh State University. After working closely with several embassies, I followed a long-held dream and moved to the United States — eventually landing in Myrtle Beach, where the community and lifestyle immediately felt like home.
I started my real estate career here with a simple goal: to help people find not just houses, but places they truly belong. Over time, I built The Lightman Group to offer a more personal, attentive approach to real estate — one rooted in understanding each client’s needs, whether they’re buying their first home, investing in property, or preparing to sell for top market value.
