Alissa helped me purchase my first home when I had absolutely no knowledge or understanding of the way things worked - four years later I still don't know a lot BUT I had so much confidence that it would work out no matter what, because I was working with Alissa again! They say knowledge is power and Alissa Boucher seems to have ALL of it - her understanding AND ability to explain every aspect of the home finding/selling process, her honesty and genuine care for her client's needs and wants, matched with her down to Earth, fun personality truly make the entire process enjoyable. She doesn't just care about the amount of the commission but what is genuinely in the best interest for her clients - whether you are selling or buying. Prior to officially listing my home for sale, I had gone back and forth a few times and never once did I feel pressured to list when I wasn’t ready or that I would miss out on anything. Hearing horror stories of people who have gone through rough purchasing and selling processes, it made me nervous to sell my first home so I stuck with the person I knew would help me get through it - when you work with Alissa, you never feel lost, disappointed or stressed. It truly is an exciting and wonderful experience from start to finish which is exactly how it should be!
