Best realtor in the Sacramento area!

We have worked with Alison for the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable of the market, area and proper sales techniques but she takes that knowledge and gives you the best advice and guidance possible. We learned to listen to her advice 100% because she was right every step of the way. 😂 That being said, what makes her the best realtor in the area is she fights for you night and day to make your dream home come true. We made poor Alison drive all over El Dorado County, Nevada County and East Sacramento to find our forever homes and she did so with zero complaints, rescheduling or feeling of being rushed or pressured. She listened to our requests and preferences for each house and worked with what we wanted as opposed to pushing what she thought we would want or skirting the budget. With each home we had major curve balls, and I can't stress enough the amount of work she did, night and day (and sometimes FULL DAYS) to fight for us and make sure everything worked out. When it seemed like this last house was hopeless (our forever absolute dream home) she fought hard to make it work and we are forever grateful to her. To top it off, she appears to genuinely care, and be happy to help in one of life's biggest and most stressful processes. And the cherry on top is her entire team is wonderful, knowledgable and hard working. For those reasons we would recommend her to any friends and family that will be moving to the area, and hope if we ever decide to purchase investment properties, she will be the one we call.
