My husband and I googled an agent in the Elk Grove area. Alison’s name popped up with great reviews. From our first e-mail interaction, I was impressed with her prompt response and her eagerness to work with us. Coming from the Bay Area and not being familiar with Elk Grove, it was reassuring to find out that Alison grew up in there and knew the city well. Upon our first meeting, she had a game plan down and made sure we made the most of our time. Alison was always extremely organized, she was attentive to all of our questions, needs and was always super flexible with her time. Given the distance, Alison would view houses for us and provide a video walkthrough and send it to us the same evening, edited with music! We were in constant communication with her via text, e-mail or phone. There was no question or concern that she wasn’t able to help us with, day or night. From the day we met until our closing date, Alison was phenomenal! Not only is she professional and knowledgeable but she’s also warm and makes you feel like you’re her only clients.
