Alison has handled 3 transactions for us. We were initially coming in from out-of-state. She went out of her way to help us learn the area, even though we initially were not planning to buy. She steered us away from certain neighborhoods and homes, and gave us honest pros and cons of ones we had considered. She was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend her for those who are new to the Denver area and need help getting situated. Separately, Alison handled the sale of our home in Littleton during the red-hot market of 2021. She did a masterful job of handling the initial pricing (which was not easy), and then negotiated us through multiple offers to a successful sale well above asking price. Alison was incredible to work with! With the competitive Colorado housing market she had her work cut out for her but she never gave up on us and kept us going and in good spirits. Even through two different lenders, she stuck it out with us. She is an incredibly hard worker. She was very efficient at communicating everything to us in a timely manner and gave a lot of personal attention to the process.
