Alison was very kind, patient and attentive. She was quick to see what homes came into my price range, let me look around to see what I was interested in (or thought I might be interested in) and considered what I wanted out of the property. We got to places that were new on the market quickly, which I think is key to getting the place. It did not take long to find a house that met my needs. She was able to tell me about comparable homes in the area, so I feel like I got a good deal for a very fair price. Although we looked at a few houses, I only made an offer on one. The house I ended up buying was one she pointed out to me that was in the same neighborhood as another property I wanted to look at, and this one had just come into my range because of a price reduction. I am happy with my home, and found the process was remarkably smooth, largely thanks to Alison.
