Alison and her team know how to stage and market your home to the best advantage. She lined up people to tidy up the yard and fix some minor problems, help me declutter and do some touch up painting. This was during the height of the pandemic year, I was working and had essentially no other help available since we were avoiding seeing too many people. Her skill at staging was amazing! (Pics are still on Zillow.) We had to reduce the price from the original but it wasn't far below but I might have expected.
