From the first phone call to the closing on the house, she was always very friendly, helpful and professional. Our house had been used as a rental and Alison made perfect recommendations as to paint colors and improvements that would attract potential buyers. We had potential buyers before we even finished up the house to put on the market and Alison worked with them and kept me well informed. In the end, we did end up with a buyer the night before it was to go on the market and we got more out of the house than we were expecting.
