This is my second time utilizing Alishia and her skills in purchasing & selling a home. She is completely knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions. Alishia walk through the house and told me everything I should do to get the right amount of money out of my property, she even helped with color choices, and staging. The house sold for what was expected and I had great feedback on the choices that were made. I will use Alishia again in the future for all my real estate needs.
