It was such a pleasure working with Alisha. Her knowledge of the market was very impressive. We had only lived in our house for 2 years, and had in mind asking just a little more than we paid for it. Alisha suggested that with our work on the property, and the current market, we should ask a higher amount. We sold the property on the third day it was on the market, for our full asking price. From our initial meeting, to her assistance with staging, to her recommendations for carpet cleaners, window washers, painters, etc., her help was invaluable in selling our property.
