Alisa was just amazing in every way! She was patient and helpful through every step. She made sure to have an answer for all of my questions and helped us to feel assured that everything we were thinking and feeling was completely normal in every way. Being first time home buyer I was worried that I was being too picky and too hesitant but she assured me that it was all perfectly fine. She stuck with us for 2 whole years while we searched and prepared for our home purchase and we could not be more happy with our new home for our children. She didnt waste any time once she knew what we wanted she quickly put together potentials and kept an eye out at all times for upcoming opportunities. Even when we were 10 days from closing and the property ended up being taken away due to previous owner issues she was extremely professional and made sure that we got reimbursed for absolutely everything. She made buying a house so comfortable for us. We will definitely be going through her for our next purchase.
