Alisa Squillacote has lived in Palm Beach County for over 40 years, working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. She has a diverse background, not only working as an agent, but also in mortgage banking, underwriting loans, and as the GM of an extremely busy real estate office. Alisa is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and REO Specialist. She has specialized in providing Broker Price Opinions (BPO), Property Inspections and Valuations to the Banking and Financing Industry. Alisa is proud to call Wellington home and has spent over 17 years improving the lives of those who live in the Wellington area. In 2009, Alisa obtained her License as a Realtor and began using her knowledge, skills, and passion to directly work with buyers and sellers. Alisa is right there when you need her, so helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent Experience

Alisa rocks! She was able to show us the perfect house on the first day. After we decided on a house, she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, all the way to closing. Alisa also has fantastic communication skills, which is a huge plus, especially for a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend.

Diligent and Understanding

Alisa, from very first meeting her, I liked her personality, and ease talking with her. Throughout our several months together, she always kept us informed, as to when there would be a showing, and would let us know what the comments were about the home. She always was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Alisa to anyone who wants to get their home sold in the quickest time possible.
