I don't have a lot of experience with real estate agents but Alisa has set the bar extremely high of inwnr to look for another one. Between having contacts on almost everything an new home owner would need, to negotiating repairs and working out contracts to protect the buyer as much as one can. Alisa is spit on and goes above and beyond what I'd expect a real estate agent to do, and if i were to sell my newly purchased house then I'd go nowhere else but her.
