Alisa knows the area very well and steered us in the right direction in our home search. When it came time to actually see some of the homes, she helped identify potential issues with a home/property, provided information on HOA's, fees and easements, and made efficient use of our time by scheduling showings. After 2 full days of showings, we found the home we were looking for. Alisa was extremely helpful in presenting our offer to the seller and through the negotiating process. She also took care of details such as scheduling the home inspection, mold inspection and getting all the fine details worked out with the seller for inspections such as radon, well & septic. The closing went off without a hitch because she made sure everything was taken care of BEFORE closing, eliminating any stress in the hole process.
