Alisa not only finds the perfect home, she makes sure everything is in working condition so you won’t be pouring more money into the house right after you buy it! She listens to all your requests and makes suggestions of her own which are very helpful. We love the house she found for us and I’ve been recommending her to people I know looking for a home.
I cannot recommend Alisa as a Property Manager enough! I am currently renting a home from her, and there have been a few problems with the windows, plumbing water pressure, and the air ducts making noise. She was extremely responsive, and courteous. Within a day or two of the issues being addressed she had someone over to fix the problem right away. She has a fantastic attitude, is extremely professional and personable. She is responsive to any question I had for her, and helped me handle any and all the paperwork questions I had. Her service is top notch, and I would refer her to any of my friends looking for a property manager, and I highly encourage you to do the same! I wish I could give her a 10 star review.
