Trust and communication (each supports and builds upon the other) is important in any relationship and Alisa works hard to build and maintain trust and fosters open lines of communication. I greatly appreciate her honesty, good faith, and bringing decades of experience in the local market in positioning my property for success. Further, she was very understanding and adept in working around my schedule, allowing me to seamlessly continue managing my STR concurrent with the listing/showings, ultimately resulting in a successful (and profitable) sale.
