I purchased my home with Aline six months ago. I was a long-distance buyer, residing in California, purchasing in Louisiana and my credit union; who I was financing through is based in Pennsylvania. Aline is VERY thorough, patient, responsive and knows her stuff! She is an EXCELLENT advisor! I would not use anyone else! If she doesn't know the answer, she will get it. She has good relationships established on every side of the equation, so she knows who to call when there is an issue. After looking at probably over a 100 listings on line, we went through the process of narrowing them down (she knows the entire greater New Orleans area, very well). When we initially went out to view properties, probably about 10 or so, I came up empty. Because I didn't know the area, it turns out what I wanted wasn't in the price range I initially entered. No problem, we stopped, got some lunch and pulled up more listings. Voila!!! The first house I put a bid on, she gave me some solid advice, but she told me, as the buyer it was my decision. I listened and turned out she was 100% correct. That decision saved me I don't know how much money, frustration and unforeseen issues that might have resulted with going through on that deal. The next house I placed a bid on, she advised me again. Again, the advice was solid and worked in my favor. I am now the proud owner of a property I love and I know I would not have found it without her help! I intend to purchase more property in the future and I will DEFINITELY use Aline!
