Alicia helped me sell my home in a what many would consider a 'buyers' market. After buying my home as the housing crisis bubble burst, I was heavily underwater for years and trying to sell my home which I now lived 200 miles away from. She was responsive and professional. While a put a decent amount of money in what would be considered 'wow' type improvements to hasten the sale, she deftly prevented me from going overboard and putting money into places that wouldn't pay off. We quickly settled on what the asking price should be and got the house on the market quickly. The pictures she took were fantastic, the write up was good and the traffic she helped create was exciting to see. We had the house under contract after only 15 days on the market for the full asking price (minus a couple inspection concessions). Though the buyers lawyer was a bit difficult to deal with as we neared closing, Alicia remained confident and thus relieved my fears of not being able to close.
