I found Alicia after I had met with a couple of other agents. I never really felt heard with the other agents, and they never seemed to be understanding of my needs. Then I found Alicia! We spoke about 9 months before I was going to house hunt. I wanted to feel prepared in advanced and find someone I could trust, and that would be interested in helping me become a first time home owner. Once I spoke to Alicia, I knew she would make this happen for me. She’s very knowledgeable, attentive, and really listens to what YOU need. 9 months after speaking, she reached out and we began looking for my new home. The first day we went looking for homes, I found the one. And I couldn’t have done it without her help. She’s so kind, and walked me through everything. She really cared about what I was looking for, and really gave it her all to make that happen. What seems to be an extremely stressful process, she made it super easy. I would recommend Alicia to all of family and friends looking to buy a home. She knows what she’s doing and is so kind, and responsive through the entire process. Alicia was a great realtor to work with. I lived out of State so I was not familiar with El Paso area. I also was not physically available in the area to visit homes. So Alicia set up a few house tours through FaceTime. She also sent me videos and made sure to get every detail. She was patient with our needs and wants and had the best attitude. It was a pleasure having her as my realtor.
