As first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into and it was a very scary stepping stone. Nonetheless to say purchasing a home in 2021 was extremely challenging! Alicia and Juan were angels sent from heaven to help us purchase our first home. We had so many questions and constantly asked the same questions for clarification and Alicia was super patient and helped ease the stress of such time consuming process. Despite the house market being very competitive Alicia did not give up on us because this woman is extremely business savvy, dedicated and super transparent when it came the real estate market statistics. Her genuine and supportive husband, Juan, was with us throughout every step of the way and I cannot thank him enough as well! Alicia got us pre-approved for our loan in very short time. We toured homes immediately and I have to give Alicia’s attention to detail a lot of credit because it is impeccable! She listened to our thoughts and concerns and knew exactly what we were looking for as a beginning family. Alicia and Juan gave us that confidence and warm personalities immediately when we first met them. So much, that I would text/call Alicia late at night, on a Sunday, etc and she would always answer our questions/concerns which is very pleasant to work with someone who’s very flexible. We were extremely thankful and blessed beyond measure to have worked with both of them. They made our first home purchase so smooth! Without a doubt, we will be working with them in the future for our next home purchase and recommending them to our family/friends!
