Alicia did an awesome job of helping us find a home that we truly wanted. We felt that we had some non-typical things that we were looking for in our home purchase. We wanted a ranch in a rural type setting that was not in a neighborhood or subdivision. After a few tours of homes we thought that we may never find what we were looking for. Alicia assured us and kept us hopeful that what were were looking for was there, we just needed to stay positive and diligent in our search. She was so good at trying to let us know what to expect in the process and what steps needed to be taken and when. She kept us informed during the process of our purchase and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, regardless of time of day or night. Her negotiating skills were excellent throughout the process all the way to the close of our home. She was able to save us money that we didn't even know we could and helped us do it. I will forever be grateful for her patience and attentiveness to our needs during our home purchase. Will definitely be using her in the future!
