Alisha is very well informed on the local market and is Excellent her response time. I went with her, as opposed to another relator, since (right out of the gate) she made it clear how much I stood to profit from the sale of my house (with all expected expenses, commissions and rebates included in her initial prospectus) in a nice tidy PDF spreadsheet. This was done in a nice, easy to understand format she provided to me within 24 hr of our initial speaking to one another. She was easy to meet with, gracious and did not hold back with any suggestions as to the improvements what would make the biggest difference in the sale of my home (and there were quite a few.) Though we may have priced my home too high initially (close to 500k) we brought it down in price, as her suggestion, and then recovered the price by slightly over 80% back to the original price we had begun the bidding on. I was pleased overall with the experience and would come back for another sale with her, if I were so inclined to live in CO again. Please realize, if your selling a house in CO, and you don't live in the state as a primary residence, the surge-tax is something on the order of 2%.
