Alicia was very good at following directions, communication was excellent and fast as we moved thru the sales process, would use again.

I usually avoid writing reviews, because quite frankly I'm not very good at it. I will say however that my experience with Alicia was quite good. Although she's fairly new to the realty business, she was quite energetic and very willing to do everything required to help us quickly sell the property. She is backed by a good broker. She is very easy to work with, and the overall experience was great. Please note that I almost never give five star ratings because I believe that there is always room for improvement.

Alicia was amazing, honest, direct, and always in contact. I never felt like I was out of the loop. She’s up to date with technology, we didn’t have to make appointments to sign paperwork, it was all very convenient for me. She knew my house, my neighborhood, and the market. The whole process of selling my home was painless. She has defiantly earned a client for life.

Alicia is a great agent. Alicia went above and beyond to help close our sale. Through a very difficult process with many delays on the other side of the transaction Alicia continued to communicate and get results. I definitely would recommend her to anyone either buyer or sellers. If ever I need a local agent I will definitely call Alicia

I had interviewed other agents when thinking about selling my house. A friend told me about Alicia and said that if I am thinking of selling my house I should give her a call. When interviewing her I felt very comfortable. There were a few issues I had about selling my house. And when I asked the other Agent he basically said good luck with that. Alicia said it was a good question that she didn't have an answer for, but would see if she could find an answer. This right there told me that she was willing to go the extra mile. Willing to say "I don't know but will find out" spoke volumes. (By the way, she found the answer to my issue.) This was the first house I have sold. I have heard stories from friends, neighbors, and relatives of the dramas they had selling and buying houses. I had a few surprises but were little more than a slight bump in the road with Alicia's help. The next house I am selling I will not think twice about using her again. Thank you Alicia :-)
