It was quite by accident we met our realtor Alicia Simmons and truly it was our lucky day. She was showing a unit for sale in our condo building and we were impressed how knowledgeable she was about that unit ,the condo history and area in general. We took her info and when we were ready that Fall we got in touch with Alicia. Because we were from out of town, Alicia listed, staged and showed our unit. She had quite a few showings and open houses and gave us feedback which was important to us. When we got an offer and closing date to be within a 6 week timeline, it was just as the corona virus hit the US. Because we were not able to travel, Alicia completely took charge. She negotiated the sale, orchestrated the movers, eliminated items for donation and kept everything moving along smoothly. She was quite incredible going above and beyond what anyone would expect from their realtor. Not once did she make it seem like we were imposing on her for even the smallest task. Alicia was a pleasure to work through each and every step of the process. We highly recommend her.

There’s not enough words to express the gratitude we have for Alicia. She went above and beyond what we could expect. Not only did she showed us dozens of house in just a weekend but she went and help us fight to get our house after we initial lost the 1st bid. It was so easy to work with her and when we told her what we needed/wanted she was able to find what we were looking for in just a few months since we were in bind trying to get out of our apartment.
