Our first experience buying a home (using a different realtor) was a terrible experience that made us both very wary of realtors in general. Buying a home is a huge life decision as well as a financial investment, so we were nervous, to say the least. Alicia came highly recommended by a family member who had used her services for several transactions and had nothing but positive feedback. Our first home was under contract after one day of showings for above asking, then came the purchase of our new home. Alicia made herself available and showed us many homes, some that we chose and others she recommended. We ended up finding a home that was everything we had asked for and more. After living in our dream home for a while, a job opportunity came up that was too good to pass up so we found ourselves ready to list our home again, so we called Alicia. Alicia was again very accommodating and answered our every need. Our home was under contract again on the day after it was listed for well above our asking price. We were so excited, but saddened when we realized that when we moved out of state, we were going to have to find a home with another realtor...no one measures up. In the future, if we find ourselves or anyone we know looking to buy a home in Colorado, there is only one name that comes up, Alicia.
