Alicia was referred to me by a trusted friend who used her as a realtor. I loved Alicia! She was professional and knowledgable. We viewed several homes and being a first time home buyer, I cannot express how invaluable her expertise was! To say she was an asset is an understatement! She could tell when there was previous damage to a home, what certain physical attributes could have meant (i.e. water damage, foundation cracking etc). She noticed things I didn't even think of, like sloping/bowed floors, for example. When I looked at fixer uppers, she told me approximate estimates for repairs/renovations; her vision for what she would do for the home etc. She made herself available on very short notice for my various inspections. I had some issues with reaching my lender and Alicia went above and beyond by emailing and calling them as well to make sure everything was on schedule. It was a relief to have her on my side, especially since the home buying process can be quite stressful. She checked in with me frequently to ask how I was doing, if I had any questions, how I was feeling about the homes. She replied promptly to every text and email, and was available for ALL of my first time home buyer questions —and there were MANY! —she was very patient and understanding, and was great at explaining everything. Alicia is personable, which meant a lot to me. She didn't treat me like a "sale" like the other realtors I contacted. She has a great down-to-earth personality.
