Alicia was quite knowledgeable in ways I had...
Alicia was quite knowledgeable in ways I had not thought of before...she worked hard to communicate our questions to the seller...extra hard even as our sellers agent was incredibly non-responsive and even at times quite rude...yet Alicia held her ground and worked hard to overcome every obstacle, and there were many. Her team was likewise great to work with after we had signed a contract. Closing went smoothly. If only the seller had an agent who was as willing to do her job as we did! Good job Alicia!
