My father passed away and selling his house was a difficult thing for me to do. Alicia was so wonderful in the process. She helped me through every step and did it all with a sprained wrist. She went beyond anything we could have hoped for, in helping us to find homes for Dad's furniture, small appliances, household items and all the things that we were unable to keep. She was thoughtful to separate out those items that we would keep for memory sakes and packed up the entire kitchen, garage, etc. We could have never completed the process without her. And she know the area so well, we got an amazing price for the home.

I was out of town for most of the sales and escrow period, and Alicia kept me up to date constantly on what was going on. During escrow, several issues arose, and Alicia was fantastic about figuring out solutions. She made an extra effort to make sure the sale went through. I really appreciated her work!
