I could not be more pleased with Alicia and Art Morrison. Upon our first meeting Alicia was prepared with comps and pertinent information of the current market trends. She was easy to work with, professional and an excellent communicator. I heard from her often and knew exactly what was happening throughout the entire transaction. I needed to sell my mom's house fast due to moving her into Memory Care. They had an open house the next weekend with lots of interest then again the next weekend. Alicia and Art had the house sold within a month. I received a fair price and felt very supported through the negotiation phase with the buyer.
