I cannot give Alicia Moore anything but a WONDERFUL review! I moved to Hernando County two years ago, ready to buy a house in August of 2023. Everybody's house hunting experience has its ups and downs. I certainly had my share. Alicia made my home search as easy for me as possible. I was looking for a manufactured home. These homes have special rules with mortgage companies. Alicia was very knowledgeable about all of them. First, I went with Rocket Mortgage, what a nightmare! They have strict rules for Manufactured homes. They had demands I just could not comply with. Alicia agreed that Rocket was being impossible to work with, so she gave me the number of a mortgage company she likes, and I got approved with her company and it was night and day! Everything went great. It took us four months to find the right house for me. Alicia was always very professional, on time (when I was usually late) She would always enter the house before I got there and check out the place and let me know if it was a good home to consider or NO WAY...stay away from this one. For example, she always checks out the floors. If they were sturdy or had soft spots in areas. I didn't notice so many things that she did! You can trust she has your best interest in mind. Alicia was always available by her cell or by her email. She always returned my texts too. She made me feel confident that there was a house out there for me, I just had to be patient. Alicia was a wonderful agent to work with. She was timely and professional. In the seller's market, she made sure we had every opportunity to see available homes in a timely manner. We were able to purchase the home remotely with assurance that it was as described. She took the time to do video walk-thru with us on numerous homes.
