Alicia is the most reputable realtor that I have ever worked with. She is very professional and was with me every step of the way. Her negotiation skills were excellent. She brought backup information to the table, so much so that the seller's realtor had no choice but to agree to our price. Anyone can pull comps - Alicia dug much further to get us to a great price. Even when I was willing to settle on a higher price (which would have given her more commission), Alicia said - NO - the price is still too high. Alicia thinks of her commission second - her first priority is to her client.
