After interviewing multiple agents for the sale of my parent's parents house, I decided to just do a cold call walk-in at a local real estate office. I'm so happy I did that. Alicia was the only one that not only pointed out the positive things about the house, but she was very honest about what might became some challenges and offered very helpful input on how to remedy them. Lisa is very straight, direct and honest. She is very pleasant and always made herself available by returning calls. We accepted an offer within 24 hour of listing and I strongly believe it was due to Alicia's knowledge of the market and suggesting the right price. I will most certainly will use her services in the future and am grateful for the job well done.
