Alicia Hernandez

My wife and I recently successfully purchased a home in the lovely College Hill district in Easton PA. The fact that the sale went through was due to Alicia's persistence and calm. We were faced with a combative seller and seller's agent and for the majority of the negotiation and transaction process we really felt like they would prefer that the deal fell through rather than succeed. Alicia maintained her composure and professionalism in the face of really bad behavior on the part of the other agent. More importantly, she reminded US that the goal was to end up with a great new home DESPITE the process. Without her "therapy" we would have walked away from a our new house just to avoid the obnoxious behavior of the other agent and seller. As anyone can attest, buying a home is stressful and our experience lived up to this reputation. But Alicia was a great advocate and counselor for us and made the process as painless as possible. We definitely recommend her and are grateful for her work on our behalf.
