Alicia is amazingly responsive, we met her because she responded almost immediately to our request to view a house (that wound up being our new house). We had been looking for our first house for over a year with another agent in the town we were renting. Fed up with the unresponsiveness and uncaring nature of services, we decided to go with a completely opposite choice in Alicia.
